-You may return the item only in case of factory defects. Please contact us
within 5 days from the date you recieved the item.
-Return is not accepted if the demage is due to buyer's miss use

Important! Direction of Use
-Do not use hot water with Smartklean laundry ball!
It is designed to work the best with cold water and high temperature/heat
may damage the ball (most common case of buyer's miss use)
-For the same reason, if you use dryer, take the ball out of the washing machine beforehand
-You do not need more than 1 ball unless you have a large capacity
washing machine (bigger than average washing machines for home)
-Size of load: We recommend no more than 8kg and 3/4 of the washer so that the ball has some space to agitate around
-Use of fabric softner is fine with the laundry ball (if you want fragrance)
