This is the only Organic Fractionated Coconut MCT (Medium-Chain Triglyceride) Oil available in the industry. What sets this Organic Fractionated Coconut Oil apart from other fractionated carrier oils is the extraction method. It is extracted using a USDA NOP (National Organic Program) process that does not use chemicals or heat to separate certain chains of fatty acids. This process refines, clarifies, and deodorizes the oil. Organic Fractionated Coconut Oil will always remain liquid regardless of temperature. It will not solidify. ORGANIC ESSENTIAL OILS BASE Organic Fractionated Coconut Oil is light, clear, and has a light coconut scent, making it ideal for an organic essential oil base. This versatile carrier oil is wonderful for organic essential oils and rollerball blends. Organic Fractionated Coconut Oil is easily absorbed into the skin, but won't clog pores or leave a greasy feeling. It is a common ingredient in natural hair and skin products and is an essential base for many aromatherapy recipes. EASY TO USE Organic Fractionated Coconut Oil readily penetrates skin, making it perfect for rollerball essential oil blends, creams, and lotions. Add 10 drops of Organic Lavender to a rollerball bottle and fill the rest of it with Organic Fractionated Coconut Oil; place the ball back on the bottle and take your Organic Lavender Roll-On with you wherever you go. SHELF LIFE Unlike most other carriers, Organic Fractionated Coconut Oil is extremely resistant to rancidity. The shelf life is at least 2 years and is probably more under proper storage conditions (cool, out of direct sunlight). Refrigeration is not needed.
