I love the cooling aspect. It really works to keep your head cooler at night. Although it feels very comfortable and you don't notice it keeping you cooler, I found that my overall body comfort was much better. These pillow cases from Exceptional Sheets are very high quality and also seem very durable. The best part for m though is how soft and comfrotable they are!
