They will also work for corks like those in tiny glass bottles. Add a little glue for extra security. The color is Bright Silver. The pins do not tarnish, but all platings will wear over time. I sometimes clear coat the bright silver and gold findings used in my own designs. For all plated items, avoid moisture and store away from direct lighting.
