Directions
8 oz Quick Wild Rice
2 1/3 cups liquid (water and/or broth)
Bring liquid to boil in medium saucepan. Stir in rice. Cover with lid. Reduce heat to a fast simmer. Cook 25-30 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand covered 10 minutes. Fluff with fork, salt to taste and serve. May also be prepared in a rice cooker with the same water-to-rice ratio.Free OfGluten.
