This accessory to the DMI Metal Bed Rails for Twin Beds, item #551-1961-1900, allows you to use the bed rails on full or queen-size beds. Each extension bar measures 33 inches. Using one or both extension bars, you can extend the bed rail cross bars that fit beneath the mattress to anywhere from 53 ½ to 74 ½ inches across. With this added length, you can use the bed rails on full or queen-size beds.
