1. The eye.so (Vstarcam) is China Website, google is not operating in China, therefore site may not include in its safety website database. 
2. The software for P2P IP camera requires specific protocol and port to work, some of the virus scanner may consider as dangerous behavior, so some virus scanner will report.

We provide 15 months warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month one to one for manufacturing defects. All warranties provided locally in Singapore. All goods supplied are covered by a 15 months shop warranty, this covers all manufacturing faults.
