Classic Golf Gifts is the official developer of the M.I. (Mini Indoor) Golf Game. It is modeled after the Arnold Palmer Indoor Golf Game which is also owned by Mini Sports Games. Jay Danner, the creator of the M.I. Golf Game, started developing the game in late 2011 due the demand from the customers for a younger golfer than Arnold Palmer himself. Jay Danner has owned the Arnold Palmer Indoor Golf Game since 1995, before he started producing the M.I. Golf Game. Jay Danner made several improvements to the original Arnold Palmer Indoor Golf Game before coming out with the M.I. Golf Game. He added an actual water hazard, oversized clubs, and a more durable felt green. The Single game includes 1 Shotmaker, 6 Clubs, a Putting Green, 2 Sand Traps, 1 Water Hazard, 12 Driving Balls, 4 Putting Balls. The Competition pack includes 2 Shotmakers, 12 Clubs, a Putting Green, 2 Sand Traps, 1 Water Hazard, 24 Driving Balls, 4 Putting Balls.
