Rooibos ia a broom -like member of legume family of plants growing in South Africa's fynbos. Rooibos is becoming more popular due to its high levels of antioxidants such as aspalathin and nothofagin, its lack of caffeine and its low tannin levels compared to fully oxidized black tea or unoxidized green tea leaves. It aso contains phenolic compounds, including flavanoid, flavones, flavanones and dihydrochalcones.
Direction of use : Steep 1 tea bag in 100- 150ml hot water for 5 minutes.
