Directions
Stove Top Cooking Instructions Servings (about ¾ cup cooked rice) 2-3 4-6 8-10Rice (dry) ½ cup 1 cup 2 cupsWater or Broth* 1 cup 1¾ cup 3½ cupsButter or Oil 1½ tsp.1 Tbsp. 2 Tbsp.
Combine rice, water, and butter (optional) in a pot, and bring to a boil.
Cover with a tight-fitting lid, reduce heat to low simmer, and cook 45 minutes.
