Directions
Suggested Use: Shake well before using. Adults: One (1) teaspoon daily; children ages 2-12: 1/2 teaspoon daily. Dilute in 4-6 ounces of water, or to taste. May be taken undiluted, or diluted in hot water for a nice herbal tea.
