Installation of the UBTV Apps:

1. Goto App Market on the Home Page, click on it and click accept to download the app store. 
2. Enter the App Market,, click on Installer(GEN 2) and chose to download all the apps inisde.
3. To watch the Live Channels, go back o Home Page, click on APP, choose the UBTV app and you can now access the channels.

Please do take note that in order to claim Warranty, you would have to bring back ALL the ORIGINAL Accessories and Packaging in order to do a 1-1 Exchange. We reserve the right to reject all warranty claims that do not come with the original packaging with matching serial numbers. 
This is a requirement by all the major brands that we are carrying and we have to enforce this stringently as per their request.

Hi, there have been some debate on the warranty policy on some sites that we see. 

Just to clarify, we are an authorised reseller from Unblock Tech. 

We provide local shop warranty for a period of Six Months- this warranty is for the hardware as well as their proprietary UBTV app. This warranty will not apply for third party apps that are also inside the box, as third pary apps are not maintained by Unblock Tech.

After six months (from date of purchase) , if you face any issues with the hardware or the UBTV app, you can bring it back to us and we will send to Unblock to see if they are willing to change or repair (usually they will unless its a user-caused damage. This is a FOC service from us.
