NOTE: The cellophane bags do not go well in the mail when they are already packed with the party favors.  Hence, for best distribution effect, the items will NOT be packed into the cellophane bags when they are sent to you.  All the items will be sent to you in individual pieces along with the cellophane bags.  To pack, easily slot each item into the bags.
