Please take note seller will not be responsible for any lost mail or damage mail if you choose SINGPOST NORMAL MAIL during any purchase of our items. We have provided the option of SMARTPAC mail which is strongly encourage for buyer to use this.

For buyer choose normal mail for a cheaper shipping rate, please take note by doing so, you have agreed that buyer will take ALL RISK during transit if there is any Missing/Broken/damage parcel occurs. If you can't take the risk of having lost normal mail, please use registered mail or DO NOT PURCHASE from us. Our normal mail option is for mature and responsible buyers.

Normally we will post orders within 1-2 days after had paymented. We will take a photo of your parcel before mail out, this will ensure and confirm all items are mail out from our end. Singpost will usually deliver normal mail in 2 to 3 working days (exclude Sat Sun and public Holidays) after receiving our post. However, we have seen many cases where normal mail get delay up to 3-4 weeks before customer receives their parcel (even Singpost cannot explain why) Because normal mail is non trackable.
