About Shipping

1. We will send out your order on next working day (excluding pre-orders, pre-orders, pls check send out day)
2. delivery date depends on the shipping method chosen

2a) for singpost normal mail, it usually takes another 3-5 working days (after we send out) to deliver into your mailbox. However it might take up to 10 working days to deliver if delay / peak season etc. No tracking number will be provided. Do not choose this if you need urgently.

2b) for singpost registered mail, it usually takes another 1-3 working days (after we send out) to deliver to your doorstep. Tracking info will be provided at the end of the "sent out day”. In case no one at home, postman will leave a delivery notice with instructions overleaf to collect/redeliver on your doorstep.
