- 1 handful of berries - 1 small ripe banana - 1 handful of mixed nuts - 1 handful of oat - 2 big spoonful of fat-free yogurt - Cold milk - Honey
Put in mixed nuts first and grind them. Add berries, banana, oat and yogurt, and pour cold milk until fully soaked. Add honey to your liking.
|Greek Smoothie(Breakfast)
- 2 ripepeaches - 2 big spoonful of fat-free Greek yogurt - A little bit of pistachios(Optional) - Coldalmond milk - Honey
Dice peaches, put in other ingredients and grind.
| Grapefruit and Spinach Detox Juice
- 1 pink grapefruit - 1 peeled apple - ½ banana - 1 small piece of peeled ginger - ½juiced lemon - Fresh orange juice
- 1 scoop of protein shake - 1 cup of soy milk - 1 big spoonful of diced almonds - 1 small teaspoonful of sugar-free maple syrup - 3 drops of vanilla extract - 1 big spoonful of fat-free Greek yogurt (Optional)

- Juice from 3 oranges - Sugar (Optional) - 1 scoop of protein shake

- 2 scoops of chocolate protein - 1 cup of sugar-free vanilla ice cream - 1 cup of oatmeal - 2 cups of fat-free milk - ½ cup of water - ½ teaspoonful of mint extract

- ½ cup of pumpkin puree - ½of peeled, thin-sliced apple - Water - Cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder

- 1 ripe mango - Plain/ vanilla yogurt or apple/ pear juice or water
Peel mango and mash, and put in yogurt, juice or water and grind.
