Use only as directed. Adults take 4 capsules with 8 oz of water before bed, or as directed by a physician. Children between the ages of 6 to 12 take no more than once capsule daily. Store in a cool, dry place.

Do not seal if safety seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Keep your licensed health care practitioner informed when using this product. Do not take this product if you are pregnant or nursing. Contraindicated in bowel obstruction, esophageal stenosis and abdominal intestinal narrowing. This product should not be taken within 1 hour before or after taking medications or other dietary supplements. This product contains Cascara Sagrada. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, abdominal pain or intestinal obstruction. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea, taking medication or have a medical condition. Do not take more than seven consecutive days. Not recommended for children 6 years of age.
