Super easy to play with. The pictures used to put together the parts are very clear, nice and colorful and, easy to see. My daughter, who just turned 4 years old, played with this K'nex set for hours. She enjoyed seeing the parts form into spiders and flowers but she also had a blast creating her own ideas. I enjoyed watching her to see what she would come up with. It was exciting to see her duplicate the pictures! The case it comes in is perfect for storage and cleaning up. Very well made and it's really great that it's educational. The parts pop in and out easily but are still sturdy enough to stay in place. I would totally get other K'nex product. We had such fun building with eye balls and small cool parts. I also really like that it came with a good amount of pictures to build from and that there are pictures on both sides. I love that it’s sturdy and looks good. The K-NEX pieces are all sturdy, flexible and are able to be put together well. Great colors, too. I like that it comes with a lot examples of things to build. The kids can learn as they are building. All of the animals make for good learning and identifying, and they are able to use their imaginations to make anything. I let me 4 year old daughter use it and she loved matching the K-NEX to the examples and building them with only a little assistance. For her little fingers, the pieces were some work to get them to connect, but that’s good for her building the strength in her fingers. After she builds something from an example, she starts making her own creative designs. A suggestion I have is within the bin the K-NEX come in, have separate smaller bins inside or compartments. The bags the different shapes came in separated them out well, and after they are all opened, they are all over mixed together within the bin. If the bin had separate compartments or bins it would be organized better. This is a great toy. My daughter never wants to quit playing with them.
