<br />  Q:  I Could not turn on my scanner.
<br />  A:  It's normal after a long shipment. Please place the battery into the scanner and connect to the computer via the usb cable for a while. And than, press the button to turn it on.
<br />  Q:  I need a serial number for the soft ABBYY FineReader.
<br />  A:  ABBYY FineReader 11 is design to edict the document. It don't need the serial number. You could use it directly by connecting to the scanner by usb cable.
