Sales Returns
1. Item returns is valid since you get the item in 14 days, the item should has no damaged or modify, buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees, and return the whole package with tags together.
2. If the items was broken since you got it within 7 days(not used or man-made damage), please take a photo of it, and send the photos to me, we can replace another one or refund.
3. We don't accept item returns without reasonable reasons(such as you don't like it, it is not your expected), so before placing order, please make sure the item is your want, as we don't want to make dispute with buyer.
4.We live in china, so if you need to return this item, please contact me asking for our china returning address, don't use the package's envelope address, otherwise we can not receive the package.

12 months warranty since the delivered date. if the item broken in 12 months, you can contact me, we can provide warranty. The two ways shipping cost was paid by buyer.
Color: Due to differnet Displayer and different brightness, the bag maybe exists a little color difference, please know about this, if you mind the color difference very much, please contact me before placing order.
Size: The size was measured the longest area, so different methods of measurement, it maybe have 1-3cm measurement errors.
