1.  Due to hygiene issues, strictly no exhcange for underwears. Please check size and color carefully before purchasing. In the event that a wrong item or colour has been sent, buyer may request for an exchange via email to: charmingprincess.dh@gmail.com with a photograph of the item within 7 days upon receiving item should buyer decided not to accept the item.

2.  Buyer to bear the return postage fee.  Upon receiving the wrong item sent, seller will proceed to mail out the original requested item.  Should the original requested item been sold out, buyer could request for an alternative item with the same value.

3.  Not responsible for any lost/damage caused by Singpost Normal Mail. Please check with your Post Office should you didn't receive your parcel.

4.  Charming Princess undertakes to check and ensure that item is in good condition before sending out buyer's order.

5.  All orders will be mailed out according to the address as shown in Qoo10's system.  Request for change in address is not allowed once item has been sent.

6.  No exchange/refund should the product is not in original condition i.e. has been worned, washed, stained, damaged or tag being removed.

Buyers are to take your own risks for choosing Singpost Normal Mail service. We will not be responsible for any lost/damage caused by Singpost and we could not guarantee on the time/period of the delivery.  It's upto Singpost to arrange. In normal circumstances; you could receive it within 2-5 working days but a small numbers of the buyers may receive their orders in a slightly longer period of time; 2-3 weeks or even a month.  Postage is cheap but non-trackable. Buyers have to ensure that the addresses that you have entered in Qoo10's system are correct. Once mailed out there's nothing we could do.
