-       You may drink 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil (mixing with warm water or drinking water later) to improve your excretory system.

-       If you want to lose weight, you may drink coconut oil before your meal about 20 minutes.

-       You should drink 3-3^1/2 tablespoons of coconut oil within 1 day. If you never drunk it before you should drink it by a few quantities at first.  From old age to infancy can drink it (1 tablespoon per day also).
