Q1. What is the Warranty Period?
A1.  Warranty is 1 Year Parts and Labour Onsite Warranty.
Additionally, this model marketed by New Vision Electronics Pte Ltd is PSB Safety Mark Approved as required by Spring Singapore. Do look out for this logo on the back of your TV to ascertain if it is Safety Mark Approved.

Q2. Is this model a Digital (DVB) model?
A2.  Yes. This series, LJ550T, is Digital (DVB) ready. When Mediacorp rolls out digital channel signals, you need not purchase a new TV or a digital set top box. However, a digital antenna will be required to received the digital signals, as per any other DVB TV.
