I usually sleep on my side and this high loft pillow works great for side sleeping. I have tried my fair share of memory foam pillows, this is by far the best, most comfortable pillow I have found. I must admit I was a bit concerned about ordering a memory foam pillow, because some memory foam has such a strong smell to it, however this pillow did NOT have that strong odor at all. I am so impressed that is came in a nice removable cotton cover, to me that's always a bonus. This pillow is so comfortable, not to firm, not to soft.
