[About Kakishibu-zome] Long ago, when there were no scientific dyeing methods, Kakishibu-zome has been used fpr dying for more than 1000 years ago. It has the characteristic of strengthening the dough and repelling water. Kakishibu-zome is a dyeing method which doesn't use chemicals! For persimmon exstract, we use liquid aged for more than 3 years after harvesting persimmon fruit and color it by drying under the sun. * The color subtly changes color depending on the ingredients of water, season, weather. Although there is dyeing unevenness / darkness, please understand. Due to natural dyes, there may be some color loss.
