Natto miso is a miso condiment, ready to be eaten and enjoyed with cooked rice, porridge, spread on toast as ingredients in sushi roll, as an hord d'oeurve-one teaspoon on fresh vegetable or crackers. It is not for soup or cooking. The barley malt and fermentation up to 3 months make this miso sweet with the distinctive flavor added from the komby and ginger.
