Bhutan Honey is a collaboration of small scale, artisanal beekeepers, striving to keep traditional beekeeping practices alive and eradicate poverty.

Our high quality honey is naturally harvested in an eco-friendly and sustainable system without artificial fertilizer or pesticide; it is so natural that it will crystallised over time.

Bhutanese Natural Honey


Buckwheat has a malt sweet and spicy taste with a unique aroma. Honey harvesting is done during July to August. 


When consume Buckwheat Honey, it may insignificantly rises your insulin level, but does not increase your Glucagon-like polypeptide 1 and ghrelin level (Hunger hormone). Therefore, it is common you will feel the urge to snack a little more.
