This one is expensive so you'd expect great. I take it 30 minutes before my afternoon workout and it doesn't give me much energy for the workout, but I get so jittery and can't sleep well at night the days I do take it. I'm going to try taking it a few hours before my workout and see if that helps. Was this review helpful? Yes (0) No (0)Flag as InappropriateOctober 31, 2017 Christina g Was this review helpful?
