Purchased mainly for sweet sake and yoghurt purpose.
I am also interested in low-temperature cooking and I am trying to make sure that I can always eat yogurt which is being simply described simply though it purchased. I also use it for Koji sweet sake. I bought it at the end of June 2017. I eat it like everyday, so I think that yogurt alone is taking 3 or 4 times of the original. As we can make Koji liquor, value increases further. It seems that Koji liquor is getting stronger as the condition seems to have a positive influence on the physical condition and it is becoming possible to live powerfully.
