Note to Bath Bomb Makers: Add desired amount of colorants to dry ingredients and mix well. Adding these colors to white bath bomb base will produce beautiful pastel colors. We recommend to use with 'Polysorbate 80', which will prevent a staining and oily color ring around the tub.
