In other words, the angle can not be changed. 4, I wanted it to be waterproof. It is useless to use it in the place not touching the rain at present. It is a thing with a work light, but when you want to light hands you can not change the angle. When working at night it is no enemy for headlights. However, it may be good for firewood huts and the like. If you lower it with a hook or leave it there, it will illuminate the entire firewood hut, so it's useful very much in the evening.
