1.The handle maybe a little hot when the water boiled. You could cover it with wet cloth or wear oven mitts when handling teakettle
2.Please try to keep dry in tea pot and reduce the water scale residue. If there is water scale like yellow stains, you can use food grade citric acid add into hot water in kettle, soak 5 to 10 minutes after wiping with a rag to wash.
