Suggested Use
Recommended Use: To assess tolerance, begin with the suggested serving of just one scoop 20-30 minutes prior to exercise. Advanced users may consume 2 scoops per serving prior to exercise. Mix with 10 oz of water per scoop and do not use on non-training days.
