If you want a chefs knife that'll hang with blades 10x the price this is for you.
They might not hold an edge as long as higher quality steel, but I don't mind sharpening mine periodically so its?not a loss.
Plus, considering the low cost of these you won't have to fear friends "borrowing" them or family members not treating them with the respect they deserve.
It's basically a beater knife (cost wise) but will hang with the best of you keep it sharp.
