The filter design

The design of this unique mini filter unit and its hole size was a result of a long and carefully thought out process to ensure smooth , well regulated water flow and yet, be able to apply effectively, the Laws of Physics and Hydrostatics principles in relation to surface tension and kinetics energy. You can now enjoy drinking your favorite Tea , making Traditional Herbal drinks or hot beverage , with great convenience and Peace of Mind.



What is so unique about this Mini filter ?

For a start, this Stainless steel filter is compact and can easily be "slip into” or "taken out” of the silicone rings for easy cleaning and greater hygiene. The hole size and inclined profiles "Traps” air bubbles and "create” an "Auto Air Lock” when Flask is "Inverted”, thereby preventing unnecessary hot water accidents. The filter hole size also "regulates” the out flow thereby "reducing sudden rushes & gushes” of water , thus prevents "Spills, splashes and even choking”. The filter being "Heat Conductive in nature” , helps "absorbs” and "dissipate away” some "initial heat impact” from the hot water, thereby helps "reduces and prevents” unnecessary "Burning of Lips or even scalding” accident.

a) All Plastic Parts are removable for easy cleaning

All Parts of the Cap are easily removable for washing and cleaning

Thus allowing for Greater Hygiene. Made of ABS plastic it is BPA free.


b) An Additional layer of Copper Plating

An "Additional Layer” of Copper Plating was "specially” done to the

internal surface of the Body ( ie located inside, in between the vacuum

space of this flask.)

This process helps " reflect back radiant heat” and thus is able to

provide an average Heat Gain or Loss of approximately 1 deg C per

hour , averaging to an approximate 24 hours of useful and acceptable

operating temperature range.


c) Concave Rubber Base

A "Concave” shape Rubber base at bottom of flask allows for some

" suction effect” to take place on a smooth surface . Together with

the "High co efficient of friction from the Rubber Material”, the flask

is now able to provide a "Greater, Steadier, Foothold” !

Make from 316 Stainless Steel wire , this stirrer profile design follows

a "Equal Expansion and Reduction in sizes ” in a concentric circle

manner.

This allows "even distribution” of "flow pattern” and "complete mix”

Both "Start Point” and " End Point” of wire "intersects and crossed

Ach other’s end at a 90 deg position” which also allows "complete

stir” effect.


f) Stainless steel Ice Cube ( Optional Extra )

This Stainless steel ice cube measures 27 x 27 x 27 mm in dimension.

It is made from S/s 304 ,and is Food Safe , Certified by 3 rd Party,

SGS.

To Use , place cube in ice compartment , then just like Normal ice ,

you may add into flask to help "lower” the temperature.

Each Cube is capable of "drawing down an average of 4 deg C”

( Lab Test result conducted was based on a measured flask volume

of 400ml )

Stainless steel Ice helps makes drinks colder but does not cause the

Typical "diluting” effect to drinks, ( as what common ice cube do )
