The bunnies you will receive meet certain quality standard as we do a 100% visual check on each and every bunny to ensure they are in good condition and are good to go. There will be a "quality seal" in the package to indicate that your bunny has passed our quality check.

Please also take note that the bunnies are fully handmade and so it is natural to see some stitches and not two bunnies are identical. Do let us know in the event there is damage which can potentially be due to the handling during shipping and we will be happy to do an exchange.

Just a quick tip, you can blow the fur with a hair dryer for a few seconds to restore the fluffiness.
