It is truly unflavored and I have been able to mix it into soups and shakes during my liquid diet phase. It does not blend as well I had hoped and instead of a quick stir or shake, I have to whisk it in slowly instead of dumping the whole little cup in or put in my bullet blender so there is no clumping. Tried in hot and cold liquids with same result, a little bit of clumping. But all in all this is a great product if you're tired of flavored pre-packaged protein drinks and/or bars with high calories.
