With a gun metal finish on the motor and blade brackets, reversible applewood/black blades and an opal frosted glass light fixture, this fan will complement the decor of any room. Designed for rooms up to 360 square feet (18 by 20 feet), the Zander utilizes a 153-by-17-millimeter silicon steel motor with triple capacitor for powerful, quiet air circulation. Three fan speeds (high/medium/low) and a reversible switch to help keep you comfortable. In warm weather, you can run the fan counterclockwise to stay cooler. In the winter, you can run it clockwise to recirculate warm air from the ceiling, eliminating cold spots and drafts. The fan provides airflow at up to 4,690 cubic feet per minute (cfm). It is rated to operate at 56 watts at high speed (without the lights), which gives it an airflow efficiency rating of 82 cfm per watt. (As a comparison, 49-inch to 60-inch ceiling fans have airflow efficiencies ranging from approximately 51 to 176 cfm per watt at high speed.)
