Directions
To make Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 eggs (or 4 egg whites), beaten
1 cup milk or milk substitute
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons maple or brown sugar
1 cup Vitacost® Pancake & Wafle Mix
Directions:
In medium bowl, beat together eggs, milk, oil and sugar. Gradually stir in the pancake mix until batter is smooth. Preheat a griddle or skillet that has been lightly coated with oil to prevent sticking. using a spoon, drop batter to make 4-inch diameter pancakes. Cook first side until bubbles form and edges appear dry. With spatula, flip and cook other side until golden brown. Enjoy with syrup, preserves or fruit.
