Made from 50% Barbera and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were cultivated on the hill ridges, and picked only at the peak of their maturation. Its taste is made smoother and particularly pleasant thanks to the mixing with our Barbera. It is ruby-red with light purple glints and has a fruiy scent of green peperone. Dry in the mouth with a great structure and lingering finish. Slightly tannic.
