Items will be posted out within 1-2 business days upon receiving the orders

Seller will not be responsible for any parcel lost using normal mail and strictly no refund the items if mail is lost. Registered mail is highly recommended.

Exchange and Return
- Any exchanges please send an email to us (we only process exchanges through emails)
- All exchanges pricing will be based on date of purchase
- Promo item is not exchangeable unless defect and any item tampered to claim defect will not be processed
- Buyer will pay for postage for exchanges
- All exchanges will be done through posting and sorry no meetup
- Exchange only accepted if requested within 14 days after receiving the items
- All replacement item will only be posted out after receiving return package
- Any refund will only be processed after item is returned back
