Shipping Information

• ** All ready-stock (items that are ex-stock) items will be shipped out within 3 working days (SG)  after payment is cleared.
• ** Mail parcel might be delayed during holiday season (Malaysia & Singapore) as posting company will normally handle large volumes of shipments or closed during certain days.
• ** Mail tracking number will be provided if the mail is registered.
• ** We will not be responsible to any lost package/item/parcel if buyer chose to ship using non-registered mail.
• ** Shipping information can be provided via SMS (Singapore Mobile Only) or email upon buyer request.

Return Policy

• ** Goods sold and delivered are non-refundable, we will refund only if the item is out of stock.
• ** If the item is found to have manufacturing defect that affects the functionality of the item, please inform us within 7 days (including non-working days) via email for 1-1 exchange. Each case will be handled carefully.
