* Pull out the red plastic pieces on each side of the grip, slide the grip down and leave it there until you complete steps 2 and 3
* Find your height range on the upper part of the crutch and pull out the top of the crutch into the correct range. Default position is 4''7" - 5''2" so no need to adjust this part if this is your height range
* Find your exact height on the bottom of the crutch and slide the push button into the correct spot
