because there are some troubled customers with less and wrong items then we put this item to be more clear what are the conditions for complain and returns, please see:
case:
there is a customer who claims to only accept 1buah Sari Cream from the total orderan he 2buah.
for completion we need some photos (photos 1 and 2) that you should send to us, via resolution or email.
in photo no 1:
we ask for photos of the items you receive as well as the labels of the names in which dipaketan is opened so that sy can see your order and my packer initials (in this case, the initial E is the name of my packing employee so we can ask the concerned person to see the invoices) . note the 302 numbers written with black markers.
in photo no 2:
we ask for a photo on the package after your name label is peeled, it will be printed the name of the goods that our employees packed (in truth)
in photo no 3:
number 302 which is listed on your package is the weight of goods in detail the position of goods is neatly tetacking because we use the scales digitaL with a very high level of accuracy.
in photo no 4:
we recalcitrate 1 juice cream using the same scales, it turns out only 145gram figures. far from the number 302 in photo no3.
in photo no 5:
we try to reconsider 2 pieces of cream juice, it turns out the number shows 290gram (before dipacking using wrapping paper and maybe bubble for the atc), the numbers are very close to 302gram yes :)
