Coldmaster system eliminates the inconvenience and mess of ice, as well as reduces the potential of bacterial growth. Save time and labor by placing food directly into Coldmaster standard pans. For back of the house condiments and food-prepping or front of the house buffet service and catering. Dishwasher safe; outer shell made of durable ABS; NSF listed. Non-toxic refrigerant gel holds temperature longer than any other similar product. Clear acrylic lid protects against contaminants; helps maintain cold temperatures so your food stays fresher longer. BPA free. NSF listed as NCM1100. Measures 19-1/2-inches cut out length by 11.57-inches cut out width. Inside measures 17.70-inches length by 9.74-inches width by 5.78-inches Height.
