The covering ripped off right away so I can't cover the hole and use it as a shaker bottle. Guess I should have know because of the price. This mixer does not spill unless you drop it, then the bottom falls out, and the drink explodes all over the kitchen. My fault, not theirs, but could be more flexible material.
