The rubber on the handle was starting to fall apart so it was time for a new one. The grocery budget was tight and these refils and razors are super expensive in the average department store. So, loving it, I still tried the Bic Soliel with refill cartridges. That one cuts me under the arms regularly! I pay anywhere between 10 and 12 dollars for just one package of these cartridges at my local drug store. Not any more!!! For the price Sam's is offering you basically get the handle (with one blade) and a package of cartridges free. This pack is also a great sanitary reminder to get a new handle. After every three packs toss your handle and grab this set on your next trip to Sam's.
