Your pet solved my "no animals allowed" lament. I named her Millie and she sits next to my chair where we can see each other. She is lovely and made this old lady happy. Also, she is just the pet my husband can appreciate - no vet bills, no shedding, no chewing. It may seem strange to you that retired people want a "toy" but I loved my dog and Millie is a proper replacement. We love him. We did decide it was a him. Just our choice. Yours could be a her. We named him Beaux because he is a little bit Cajun (in our minds). He moves around the house. I never know where he will pop up. He likes to wear hats. I came in the other day and he was right in the middle of the kitchen wearing a driving hat and scarf. (My neighbor had dropped by while I was out.)
