Add 1 tablespoon of ACV to a glass of distilled water and sip 1-2 teaspoons of the mixture every 5 minutes.

Helps digestion and assimilation

5 minutes before mealtime, take 1 tablespoon of distilled water with 1/3 teaspoon of ACV. Retain in your mouth for a few seconds before swallowing.

Relieves skin problems like eczema

Drink as a beverage as well as apply to the skin.

Use as a rinse for soaking vegetables and fruits to remove pesticides and germs

Drop 2 -3 tablespoon of ACV in a basin of water before soaking food.

Helps bladder infection

Sit in a tub of warm water to which 1 cup of ACV is added. Repeat this 1-2 times daily.

Use in douches for female hygiene care

Use 3 tab of ACV to 2 glasses of warm distilled water as a douche. If discharge is present, use 1-2 times daily.

Use in vaporization to relieve headaches, sinus, asthma and flu

In a small pan, mix 2 tab of ACV and 1 cup distilled water. Bring mixture to a boil. When fumes begin to rise, turn heat off, put towel over your head and lean over, taking deep breaths of the vapour.

Helps to maintain healthy and beautiful skin

Add ½ cup of ACV in a 1 small basin of water. Dip both hands in the mixture and massage all over the body until the skin is dry. Leave it on the body.

In case of blemishes and acne, steam your face as in the vaporization method. Then put ACV on the skin with a cotton ball to remove the loosened dirt. It closes pores and tones skin. Repeat steaming and cleansing twice, then pat on chilled ACV diluted with an equal amount of distilled water. Store mixture in refrigerator. (This is the best and cheapest toner you can ever get.) Steam and clean 1 to 2 times weekly.

Helps to prevent dry hair, oily scalp, itching scalp, baldness and banished dandruff

Pour 2 tab of ACV in a cup. Soak a cotton ball in ACV. Part the hair in sections and apply directly to the scalp. Leave on for 15 minutes to 3 hours before shampooing. Can also be used as a rinse after shampoo.

Combats sore throat, laryngitis, throat tickles and clear out toxins

Use 1 tablespoon of ACV in ½ glass of water. Gargle every hour. Even in good health, use ACV to gargle once or twice weekly to help remove the body toxins being eliminated through the throat.

Helps the body get rid of excess fat, soothes sore muscles & aching joints

Use one part or pure virgin olive oil to two parts of ACV. Massage over fat areas or on sore joints at least 3 times weekly.

Soothes sunburn

Lightly pat the skin with ACV and leave on for a while.
