The goods are at your own risk from the time of delivery. We will not hold the responsibility for any damage or loss during delivery.
邮寄的途中如有损坏，遗失或延迟，本店没有负责。

If you receive the wrong lens/ defect lens which the mistakes are cause by our side, please inform us within 3 days after received parcel or else we will not handle on that issue. Replacement will not be made for lens which is damaged or stained or lost during postal period as this is caused by courier side.
如果你收到不是你所订购的lens，请在3天内通知我们，超过3天才来通知的我们将不处理。

In any case where seller posted the wrong items/ defect lens to customer, under special conditions, we will post again the correct items together on the next order. If customer request for separate posting, postage is on customer's side. 
任何已确认是卖家发错的物品，在特殊情况下，我们会在下次订单补寄，若买家需要另外邮寄，邮费必须由买家承担。

Strictly NO exchange or return for the opened lens (please inform within 3 days once you've received the parcel), defeat lens are only allow to claim if it's unopened. 
开瓶后一律不接受任何理由退换，任何有问题的lens只允许在未开瓶的情况下要求退换 & 请在收到后3天内通知。所以请在开瓶前先检查清楚。

We are not guarantee of any problem, infection or any injury of your eyes. Please note that these lenses are purchased at your own risk.
我们只保证lens的品牌 & 都是韩国进口，我们不保证任何关于眼睛的不适。任何购买风险买家需自己承担。

For any exchange items that agreed by us, we will only post out after received the items that posted back by buyers. 
任何经过卖家同意可以退换的物品，须等到卖家收到寄回来的物品后才处理。

We do not responsible for any diameter error, as diameter info is proclaimed by supplier.
我们不承担关于任何lens的直径误差，所有资料是由厂商提供。

The label of the degrees is correctly printed at the lens packaging. We won't give any response to any opened bottle lens / blister lens even if you say the degree is wrong or anything.
包装上的度数都是准确的, 我们不会接受凡是打开后说任何度数不对/任何理由要求更换/退款。

The colors of the lenses described in the illustrations may not truly reflect that of the items themselves due to the possible differences in lighting of the photography and differences in monitor settings for each individual. 
呈现的照片和实物或许会有微差，这有可能是灯光&照片后期修饰，如果要求完美的买家请止步。
